Together Again!

We are so excited to welcome back everyone and to be together again! Our top priority over the last couple of months has been ensuring that our clients and staff at Yvonne’s Esthetic Boutique are coming back to a safe environment as we continue to follow the Provincial Ministry of Health guidelines during the COVID-19 crisis. Our goal is to continue to provide you a spa experience while making you feel safe from the moment you come into our spa, and through the time you spend with us receiving your treatment.

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
You will be required to complete a pre-screening COVID-19 assessment form before your appointment. Clients will be asked to reschedule their appointment if any of these criteria exist.
-Fever
-Body aches/fatigue
-Cough
-Recent international travel in past 14 days
-Close contact with any COVID positive patient
-Diarrhea or GI infection

APPOINTMENTS:
All services are provided by appointment only. All appointments will be booked with enough time to allow for social distancing guidelines in the spa. As well as to allow for staff to sanitize the treatment room thoroughly. Unfortunately due to these restraints, we will be working in strict time slots. We ask everyone to please respect and understand the importance (for now) to arrive on time for your appointment and leave when your appointment is complete. This will allow for less traffic in our reception area and to ensure the safety of all clients and staff.
PLEASE arrive to your appointment solo, friends and family will not be allowed to wait in the waiting room or be in the treatment room. Unless they have an appointment booked with us.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
Upon arrival for your appointment, please wait in your car until 2 min before your appointment time. All customers will be required to sanitize their hands upon entering the spa and wear a mask at all times. If you do not have a mask, we can supply one at a charge of $2.50 + H.S.T. You may be asked to do a contact-free temperature check. Please let us know if you have taken Advil or Tylenol within 4 hours, as this will not provide us with an accurate reading. Provided there is no indication of illness, you will then be directed into the treatment room.
